The laboratory is equipped with various test instruments and equipment, including chromatographs and automatic enzyme-activity analyzers, as well as other high-end instruments. It possesses industry-leading capabilities for high-end basic research, testing, evaluation and analysis, and product innovation and development in daily-chemical fields, providing the necessary conditions for Chuangjie to establish a leading technical position in the industry.
Production Equipment
There are 150000-t washing-powder production line, 150000-t liquid-detergent production line, and 50 million plastic bottle production line workshops.
In the second phase, 38000-t of sulfonation production line, 10000-t of soap production line, 5000-t of refined fatty-acid production line, and a 15000-t production line (soap noodles / sodium silicate, 34%).
